Myself, had the same problem a few years back, with me it was over crowding, once I cut back to a healthier number for the loft the problem was fixed.
A fellow club mate had the same problem, his was the one cock was just a trouble maker, he separated this cock with it's hen to a separate single breeding cage, problem solved.
Another suggestion I heard that might work, cut a piece of earth with grass growing in it, one foot by one foot, place it in the loft, maybe your birds are just bored, this will give them something to do, worth a try.
Best of luck

I think it's a question of over crowding, please abserve your birds and you will notice that they usualy have, and foremost like to have 2 perches, one for the morning and another for the afternoon.
So make sure that there are spare perches on your loft.
Best of luck.

thanks for the advise ,but i dont think it's overcrowding as i had only 4 pairs in the section with 6 boxes and a block of 18 box perches ,i have now moved the agresser and his hen to a seperate section , i hope i'ved moved the right one..

Cock birds are very territorial and an ALPHA male (The dominant loft cock) may try to take an entire row of nests if he can.

To stop this be sure there are no perches outside the nest fronts, and if you do not have nest fronts make sure the verticle dividers between the nests stick out further than the nest platform so the aggressive cock cannot see into the nest box beside him.

If that still does not work, I have on an occassion or two hobbled the aggressive cock with string allowing them enough slack to stand and eat, but not enough to spread his legs wide in a fighting stance.

Hope this helps!

I've experienced this problem first hand with my own birds, it sounds like you have a "bully" in the loft and the best way to alleviate the problem is removing him and his hen to another location. In my loft this on cock wanted to take ownership of multiple boxes and this caused stressed amongst the other pairs. Good Luck.
