  1. just started racing. went to good local fanciers who were very helpful with ybs and on feeding training etc. i darkened youngsters in 12×8 loft, 35 ybs. finished with 15. trained with a friend, double tossing. raced very badly. one second and one 4th. wind direction and peregrine attacks especially were bad. these fanciers were the best in my area, but this did not matter. line of flight seemed to matter most, i am on the extreme east of an area 100 miles wide. nearly impossible to get fed position. i would like to concentrate on sprint to middle distance. weather was poor with a lot of east in the weather which was not good

    1. hello Mostafa El Semary …. please note it is not possible to race pigeons on the same program week after week, it does not work for most racing pigeons. you have to know when pigeons need rest,, more carbs or you can burn out the pectorial muscles. also note you must study and look at things you are doing with a careful eye. pigeons are always studying you hence do not give them something they like and then stop, such is not a very bright method and you will not get pigeons to be calm. a calm pigeon of good overall quality is an amazing machine hence do not confuse your pigeons and drain their spirit by your conduct or your inability to make the pigeons content and safe. good luck and regards from Sam Small … Sun Valley Lofts

  3. More often than not I found Pigeon Isider helpful and gives a lot of ideas. However, most of the suggestions and methods proposed are directed to those countries where racing is done during spring and summer. Now that’s when the temperatures in my country, Malta, make it impossible to race, so we start racing in late autumn and winter. Problems we face are the results of some severe weather the birds encounter. Besides its the time when our lofts are surrounded be a high level of humidity, which naturally causes some problems with the respiratory system.
I don’t think I ever read something that tackles these problems and I would be very grateful if some successful fancier gives us some of his experience.

loft is far off the line of flight? In other words how to get your team to
